Effective September 20, 2026. This policy covers the OtterLabrynth iPhone and iPad app, operated by OtterSports, LLC.

No data collected by the app

OtterLabrynth does not collect or transmit personal data. It contains no advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, accounts, chat, or online multiplayer.

Local game data

Personal best times and settings are stored on your device. They may be included in backups managed by your device or Apple. Deleting the app removes its local data; device backups are managed separately through your device and Apple account.

Motion and audio

Device-motion readings control the ball on the board. They are used locally in the moment, not recorded or transmitted. All game music and effects are bundled and play offline. The app does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Purchases and support

Apple handles the App Store purchase under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond and resolve your request. Do not include sensitive personal information. To ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence, contact us below.

This website

This support website is hosted on Vercel. Standard hosting requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested page, and time, for delivery and security. These website requests are separate from the offline app. We have not added advertising, tracking cookies, or analytics scripts to this site.

Children and changes

The app does not collect personal data from any player, including children. If its privacy practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date.
